Tracking time in Asana will show how much time your team spends on Asana tasks and projects
With Time Doctor, you'll see data about how much time you and your employees spend on various Pivotal Tracker tasks.
For any date range you choose, Time Doctor will also show you:
Tasks your employees are doing at this moment
Time worked by each user on each task
Total man-hours spent on each task
Time Doctor not only tracks time, it also tracks what your team is doing
Time Doctor can track other types of data in addition to time worked on Pivotal Tracker tasks. For example, Time Doctor can show you the websites & applications that each employee uses while working.
Time Doctor can also take screenshots of your employees computers while they're working. This can be particularly useful when you have people working remotely and you can't stop by their desks to see what they're working on.
How it works?
Each employee will install the Time Doctor desktop application onto their computers. This initial setup process takes just a couple minutes. Once the application is installed, your employees will see a list of the Pivotal Tracker issues that are assigned for them to complete. To start tracking time spent on a particular issue, the employee simply clicks on it. It's that easy.
The time tracked is then sent to the Time Doctor & your Pivotal Tracker servers, where it will appear in reports. Time Doctor has desktop apps for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Time Doctor can also take screenshots of your employees computers at a time interval that you specify. This feature is optional, but can be particularly helpful when you have any employees working remotely and you're unable to walk by their desks to see what they're working on.
Screenshot thumbnails can be expanded into medium or full size versions, and levels of keyboard and mouse activity are displayed below each screenshot.
